Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of Laundryhubkw. By subscribing to or using the service you agree to them.
1. Definitions
Platform: the Laundryhubkw software and its systems, provided over the internet.
We: Laundryhubkw, a sole proprietor.
Subscriber: the natural or legal person who created an account and subscribed.
User: any sign-in account the subscriber creates within their subscription.
Content: the data the subscriber or its users enter into the platform.
2. Eligibility and account
Subscriptions are open to businesses and individuals with the legal capacity to contract. By creating an account you confirm you are authorised to contract on behalf of the organisation you register.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide at sign-up, and for keeping them current.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscription and renewal
Subscriptions are periodic (monthly or annual) and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
A package includes the systems specified at the time of purchase. Adding a system mid-term is charged for the remaining term only.
We may change prices. Changes apply to subsequent periods, never to a period already paid for, and we give at least thirty days’ notice of any increase.
4. Payment and billing
Subscription fees are charged in US dollars through Paddle.com Market Limited, the merchant of record for these transactions.
As merchant of record, Paddle assesses, collects and remits any applicable tax, issues your transaction invoice, and its buyer terms apply alongside these terms.
Any local-currency figure shown on the site is an estimate for guidance only; the amount actually charged is determined by your card issuer at its own exchange rate and fees.
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend the service after notifying you and allowing the grace period described inside the platform.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- No attempts to gain unauthorised access to the platform or to other subscribers’ data.
- No reverse engineering of the software or extraction of its source code.
- No use of the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages or harmful content.
- No reselling the service or making it available to third parties without a written agreement with us.
- No uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
6. Your content and its ownership
Content you enter into the platform remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.
You grant us a limited licence to use it only as far as necessary to operate, deliver, support and back up the service.
You confirm you have the right to enter that content and that processing it through the platform breaches no law or third-party right.
You can export your content in standard formats at any time from inside the platform, at no charge.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its code, interfaces and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us. Your subscription transfers no rights in them beyond the right of use described in these terms.
8. Service level and maintenance
We aim to keep the service available around the clock, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We may perform scheduled maintenance, with advance notice wherever practical, at low-usage times.
The service may be interrupted for reasons outside our control (hosting, connectivity or connected government services), for which we are not liable.
9. Compliance and e-invoicing
The platform provides tools that support compliance with regulatory requirements, including e-invoicing.
Responsibility for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the returns and documents your organisation issues rests with you as the regulated taxpayer. Our role is to provide the tool, not to give tax or legal advice.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account on material breach of these terms, on payment failure after the grace period, or on use that threatens the security of the platform or its subscribers.
You may cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period.
After termination your content stays exportable for the retention period described in the privacy policy, then it is deleted.
11. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from causes outside our control.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you actually paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or inside the platform before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
The parties will first seek to settle any dispute arising from these terms amicably. Failing agreement, it shall be heard before the court having jurisdiction by law.
